We are excited to offer the powerful capabilities of usecure and INKY to your school or district. usecure is a global provider of innovative cybersecurity awareness solutions that center around empowering users to make better security decisions in their everyday life. INKY is a powerful spam and phishing filter that uses Advanced AI algorithms to stay ahead of criminal tactics, Simple Visual signals for your network users, and comprehensive reporting tools to keep your staff and network safer online. Together these tools can greatly enhance your school’s Cyber Security defenses.

usecure

The usecure platform tests, assesses, and trains staff on their cyber security habits so that they can become a security asset to your organization instead of a liability. The usecure training platform focuses on a four-stage approach:

Evaluate

usecure starts by evaluating staff member’s cyber security knowledge and habits. This stage assesses each user’s specific vulnerabilities across 12 different domains: Phishing, Secure Passwords, Physical Security, Home Security, Working Remotely, Public WiFi, Social Engineering, Social media, Mobile Device Security, Cloud Security, Removable Media, and Internet & Email Usage.

Educate

Once a user’s risk level is determined, usecure sends individually-tailored training modules to help them improve where they are lacking. Training is broken up into digestible modules so that you can work them into your schedule and retain the information to build new habits.

Simulate

As part of the program, users are given secret tests on their new skills. These simulated attacks give them the opportunity to demonstrate their new found cyber security knowledge without the risk of an actual breach. Their performance is documented and tracked over time with the goal of steady improvement.

Report

Throughout the year, your designated leadership team receives detailed reports on how employees are performing, learning, and growing as cyber security assets. If individuals are not completing the prescribed training or continue to fall short in certain security categories, you will have the information you need to address it directly.

INKY

Phishing is one of the most subtle and dangerous forms of Cyber Crime because it fools users into divulging private information without suspecting a thing. INKY’s three-pronged approach to phishing prevention includes adaptive learning, simple visual guidance built right into staff email tools, and detailed reporting.

Adaptive Learning

INKY runs on advanced AI-powered algorithms that adapt and learn as email habits and patterns shift and change. What was a normal looking email subject line one week might have been identified and co-opted into a phishing scam the next. INKY keeps up so that you can stay one step ahead.

Simple Guidance

All the advanced technology in the world doesn’t help anyone if you can’t understand what it’s telling you. INKY makes it simple. It automatically adds color coded visual cues to your emails so that you know what’s low risk, what’s a moderate risk, and what you should definitely not open.

Robust Reporting

On the back end, INKY provides administrators a clear view of the network’s overall risk level and flexible control over the way staff interact with its tools. Visual-based reporting also helps track activity over time so that you can see if incoming threats or internal behavior are improving or deteriorating.
