    Relevant skills:

    • Experience supporting technology in person and remotely

    • Network infrastructure support: physical and virtual servers, routers, firewalls, switches, wireless access points
    • Cloud services support (Google Workspace and Microsoft 365)
    • Chromebook implementation, management, and support
    • Physical repair of laptops and desktop including laptop keyboard and screen replacement
    • Active Directory management
    • Strong verbal skills for phone support
    • Strong written skills for communicating with clients via ticketing system
    • Ability to manage a schedule and work with limited direct supervision

      Relevant skills: 

      • Experience identifying and resolving complex technical issues

      • Experience leveraging remote monitoring and maintenance tools, O365 and Google Workspace administration, AD and server administration, and local and cloud backups
      • Experience communicating technical information to non-technical people
      • Strong interpersonal and client relations skills
      • Strong written skills for communicating with clients via ticketing system and internally using our audit management systems

      Minimum Requirements: 

      • Relevant degree/certifications or 3-5 years of experience in a technology support and/or network administration role
      • Reliable transportation for use during business hours 
      • Ability to be a self-starter, who can be trusted to work largely unsupervised 
      • Ability to pass a criminal background check in order to be eligible to work in schools
      • Willingness to work at client sites and our office. Some responsibilities of this job can be fulfilled remotely, but not all
