      IT Projects Engineer

      Relevant skills:

      • Experience managing technical projects
      • Experience supporting technology remotely and in an educational environment
      • Experience communicating technical information to non-technical people
      • Network infrastructure implementation and support: physical and virtual servers, routers, firewalls, switches, wireless access points
      • Cloud services implementation, migration, and support (Google G Suite and Office 365)
      • Chromebook implementation, management, and support
      • Physical repair of laptops and workstations including laptop screen replacement
      • Active Directory management
      • Strong written skills for communicating with clients via ticketing system

      Minimum Requirements:

      • Relevant degree/certifications or 2-5 years of experience in an IT support role
      • Reliable transportation for use during business hours
      • Ability to be a self-starter, who can be trusted to work largely unsupervised
      • Ability to pass a criminal background check in order to be eligible to work in schools

        IT Triage Specialist

        Relevant skills:

        • Serve as the gatekeepers to create and direct customer requests that are filed as Autotask support tickets
        • Ensure efficient management of Autotask requests across the team by managing team mailboxes, relentlessly improving documentation, and validating issues before they are escalated to Engineering Support
        • Generate analyses and reports to determine effectiveness of support activities, including: service levels, client satisfaction levels, client specific breakdowns, support types and resolution rates
        • Build awareness of processes and procedures internally across the various customer facing (as well as non-customer facing) teams
        • Strong verbal skills for customer service
        • Strong written skills for communicating with clients via ticketing system

        Minimum Requirements:

        • Ability to understand customer problems, clearly articulate them to technical staff, and act as an ambassador for the customer
        • Eager to contribute beyond your role and lead initiatives to improve the customer experience with Macro Connect
        • Strong verbal and written communication skills
