Macro Connect has reseller agreements with Dell and other major technology vendors. We will talk to you about your specific needs and then recommend a product that fits your demands and budget. We can also act as liaisons between you and the product manufacturers, helping to cut through red tape and layers of bureaucracy should the need arise to return or service hardware.

Strategic Planning
Strategic planning involves setting the overall course for the technology environment by tying it to the business strategy. Macro Connect can help with planning, development of standards, and budgeting. At a minimum, strategic planning sessions should be held on an annual basis.
