Another trait that differentiates us is our commitment to running our business in a highly managed fashion, like a larger company. An embodiment of this commitment is the technology that we use to track our client documentation and to log client support requests. We track an extensive amount of detail about every interaction we have with our clients and often search past logs to find solutions to problems we have solved in the past.
